About Us

Twin Springs Counseling is a collaborative group practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Led by Sara Farmer, LCSW, who brings an attachment-focused lens and provides clinical supervision, our team is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and experience meaningful growth. Our clinicians draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapies, to tailor care to each individual’s unique needs.

We are also proud to offer the Children and Families Mental Health Residency (CFMHR), a specialized training program for post-graduate clinicians focused on supporting children, adolescents, and families. Residents provide high-quality therapeutic services while receiving advanced supervision, hands-on experience across clinical, community, and school-based settings, and ongoing professional development. Through both our clinical work and residency program, Twin Springs Counseling is committed to strengthening the well-being of individuals, families, and the broader community.
