I am passionate about journeying with people to transform pain into healing. I care about social justice, community-building, and uncovering our inner wisdom. I work across the lifespan, though most with frequently with children and pregnant/postpartum parents. I specialize in trauma and attachment.
I currently offer in-person and telehealth sessions for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as TheraPlay-based treatment for children with their caregivers.
I am deeply committed to providing accessible mental health services across southern Indiana. I hold training and experience in children’s mental health with a deep belief in the therapeutic powers of play.
I am passionate about journeying with individuals looking to process attachment wounds, anxiety, and depression, while bringing an empathetic, non-judgmental approach—meeting each person where they are, and honoring their unique journey.
My ideal client might be seeking healing from trauma and a sense of safety after feeling unseen or unheard. They may be children, adolescents, or young adults navigating life transitions or systemic challenges such as involvement in the child welfare system. They want to be supported by someone who meets them where they are and creates a space rooted in empathy, trauma-informed care, and social justice. Their goals include building emotional regulation and resilience and improving self-understanding.
With over five years of experience in mental health, I offer trauma-informed care rooted in empathy and social justice. I’ve supported children in the child welfare system, as well as youth and young adults, meeting each client where they are.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, I am happy to answer any questions and see if we might be a good fit for each other.
I am a therapist at Twin Springs Counseling with a Master’s in Social Work from the IU School of Social Work in Bloomington. I have a strong passion for working with children and adolescents, and much of my experience centers around supporting young people with mental health needs. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I’m currently working under the supervision of Sara as I work toward obtaining my LCSW. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy photography and reading.
I currently offer in-person and Telehealth sessions for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
